The Cane River film festival is one of the new film festivals that will give International Independent and Student filmmakers an opportunity to network with Producers, Directors, Sponsors and Politicians in this fall's lineup, making this event more interactive and engaging.  The films submitted will be shown to our community of film professionals and a panel of judges. Filmmakers participating in the festival attend special events designed to allow interaction between filmmakers and audiences. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a cash award of $1,000.00 ; $500.00 travel assistance grant and debut film. Our Judges will select their Top Five films that will also be shown and featured in the festival.
