The Cane River Film Festival is funded by the donations of generous individuals and businesses. All donations are made to The Resurrection Fern Foundation, Inc. 501(c)3 organization for Historic Preservation. The Winning student/independent filmmaker of the 2019 Cane River film festival will receive a $1,000 cash award prize and a $500 travel expense grant from proceeds raised through sponsorship donations.
